Hybrid Mental Health Therapist

Rockbridge is seeking a dynamic individual to fill our opening for a Hybrid Office/Telehealth Mental Health Therapist.

Purpose: The mental health professional will provide effective counseling skills that facilitate client growth in ways that support their goals and interests, promote client’s welfare and demonstrate valuing and respect for client’s diversity and cultural contexts.

• A fully licensed Mental Health Professional with LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC licensure.

• Ability to practice competently and ethically
• Ability to provide psychological services in diverse clinical settings
• Motivation to continue their own personal and professional growth
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with other providers and support staff
• Awareness of their own strengths and limitations and the impact those strengths on client care
• Sensitivity to individual differences and to the possible effects of multicultural issues
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
• Ability and willingness to promote and Rockbridge Vision and Mission
• Experience working with children preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy in an outpatient setting, may include family and couple’s therapy
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s protected health information at all times
• Provide regular updates by phone or email to key stakeholders in each case
• Participate in individual and group supervision a minimum of 60 minutes per week
• Participate in monthly staff meeting and follow all Rock Bridge policies and procedures
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with Rock Bridge policies and procedures, insurance carriers, Minnesota and Federal law and relevant ethical boards policies and regulatory standards
• Provide other functions as required or assigned for effective operations of the clinic

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed by a state of Minnesota licensing board. LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC

Target Compensation: $65,000-$80,000

Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule, and/or location.
