Description:
The Occupational Therapist will provide skilled therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. The therapist will assist patients in achieving independence in activities of daily living. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for optimizing patient care. Documentation will be completed using the Cerner charting system. A commitment to patient-centered care is necessary for success in this role. Adherence to policy and procedure guidelines is expected.
