Front Desk Agent – HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group
We are recruiting a Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience throughout their stay.
Pay Range$18.00/yr - $18.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience, discuss with recruiter).
Responsibilities- Act as the friendly and attentive face of the hotel, welcoming guests and providing assistance.
- Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and manage payments.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage daily front‑office operations.
- Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving guest issues and improving service quality.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without accommodations.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Hotel front‑desk experience is a plus; a combination of education and experience is valued.
