Portal Lounge, a next-generation airport lounge by Gameway, is hiring part-time and full-time Lounge Attendants to support daily operations at its new MSP location.
Lounge Attendants play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-prepared environment so guests can relax, play, and enjoy their time between flights.

Key Responsibilities:- Clean, reset, and maintain lounge seating, tables, and common areas
- Ensure gaming and lounge spaces are guest-ready throughout the day
- Follow cleaning, safety, and appearance standards consistently
- Support lounge operations by restocking, resetting spaces, and assisting as needed
- Work across multiple lounge areas through cross-training
- Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks consistently, and work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Willingness to be cross-trained across lounge areas
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout shifts
- Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
Work Schedule:
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule :
Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays, due to airport operations.
