Workplace Experience Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Workplace Experience Supervisor to oversee a four-person team and manage daily office hospitality and operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $26/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Type: Temp-to-Perm

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of four Concierge Associates.
• Oversee reception, guest services, and executive and client visits.
• Coordinate meetings, corporate events, catering, and conference room setups.
• Maintain office presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Partner with facilities, vendors, and building management to resolve issues.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, ordering, and operational records.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and workplace efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, events, or facilities coordination.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with workplace management systems is a plus.
• Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
