Morning Valet Attendant

Split Rock Parking LLC is a premier hospitality parking management company. We are proud to provide exceptional valet services for the luxurious Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, Minnesota. We are looking for energetic, professional, and reliable individuals to join our morning team and deliver a first-class experience to hotel guests and visitors.

As a Morning Valet Attendant, you are the first point of contact for guests starting their day. You will provide a warm welcome, handle guest vehicles safely, and ensure smooth traffic flow at the hotel entrance. This shift is perfect for early risers who enjoy active work in a high-end hospitality environment.

• Guest Service: Warmly greet arriving and departing guests, open doors, and assist with luggage or directions.
• Vehicle Handling: Safely park, retrieve, and operate a variety of guest vehicles in compliance with company safety standards.
• Efficiency: Maintain a fast, organized, and secure key management and vehicle tracking system.
• Front Drive Management: Keep the hotel front drive clean, orderly, and free of congestion.
• Professionalism: Represent both Split Rock Parking and Omni Viking Lakes with a neat appearance and a friendly attitude.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to run, stand, and move quickly for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, cold).
