The Hotel Ivy in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Spa Front Desk Coordinator to join our luxury spa team. This on-site role requires greeting guests, checking in clients for treatments, handling phone inquiries, and balancing guest accounts while delivering courteous, professional service.
You will cross-train to support Spa Attendant shifts, work opening and closing shifts including weekends and holidays, and promote brand programs.
