Recruiter, Talent Manager

We are seeking experienced Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. These positions are ideal for recruiters who are passionate about sourcing top talent and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Learn and understand the roles and hiring needs, then take ownership of requisitions
• Partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the ATS
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience and employer brand

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for niche roles
• Experience supporting senior recruiters or hiring managers
• Familiarity with renewable energy or technical recruiting is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
