Recruiter - onsite
We’re seeking an outgoing, driven Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent for our growing team. This role includes sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, attending job fairs, and supporting HR projects during slower hiring periods.
We require recruiter experience; must be local with recruitment experience. Bilingual Spanish is required.
What We’re Looking For:- Recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to build pipelines and lasting candidate relationships
- $55k–$70k base salary (DOE)
