As we are growing, we need a Recruiter who is passionate about connecting great caregivers with families in need.

Having senior care experience is a bonus but NOT required. We just want someone who is passionate about helping others and has excellent customer service skills!

Job Summary:

Do you have a passion for helping people and building strong relationships? As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for caregivers, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant growth potential and move into a full-time role as we grow!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates.
  • Post job descriptions on major job boards (Indeed, Linked In, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Partner with the husband and wife owners to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications:
  • Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and take the initiative to grow our registry with qualified and experienced caregivers (Mostly CNAs).
  • Someone who is flexible and wants something part-time to start but as we grow this will definitely move into a full-time role if interested.
  • Experience in recruiting
    , talent acquisition
    , or HR (healthcare or senior care experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies
    , job boards
    , and social media recruiting
    .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of empathy and mission-driven mindset.
