Interim Human Resources Generalist (Part-time)

In this part‑time role, the Interim Human Resources Generalist provides hands‑on HR support across benefits administration, HR transactions, and general employee support. Partnering closely with the HR leaders, the role focuses on day‑to‑day HR administration, ADP Workforce Now support, and 401(k) administration, including transitioning payroll responsibilities from Finance & Accounting.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $29–$40, DOE

• Provide day‑to‑day HR generalist and administrative support to employees and leaders
• Support benefits administration and employee changes
• Administer and support the 401(k) plan and related processes
• Assist with transitioning payroll responsibilities from Finance & Accounting
• Maintain and update employee data within ADP Workforce Now
• Serve as a responsive, customer‑oriented HR resource for employee questions and needs
• Partner closely with the HR team to support ongoing HR operations

• Experience providing HR generalist or HR administrative support
• Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Exposure to benefits administration and 401(k) processes
• Strong customer service mindset with a personable, approachable communication style
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing day‑to‑day HR tasks
• Comfortable working onsite part time in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment
