As part of the Inspire talent acquisition team, the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process, ensuring a strong pipeline to meet Inspire’s resource requirements.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring manager in defining required skills and capabilities of successful candidates
- Establish and execute an effective recruitment strategy, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing of candidates
- Actively engage passive candidates with emphasis on diverse candidates
- Facilitate consensus building and sound decision-making among interviewers
- Build a sustainable and engaged pipeline of top talent for future hiring needs
- Design, develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives and strategies to support future resource requirements.
QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
- Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
- Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of experience and/or in lieu of degree 10+ years of experience
- Experience with Talent Acquisition technology (Linked In, Applicant tracking)
- Demonstrated competency of creatively sourcing a diverse workforce of all levels and backgrounds
Preferred:
- Medical device industry experience recruitment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated support of leadership and hard to fill roles with hiring strategy that attracts correct talent
- 9+ years of talent acquisition experience

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
$120,000 - $155,000 USD
