Regulatory Compliance Specialist

You will collaborate with the Global Employee Relations team to provide expert guidance, manage investigations, and develop tools and training to reinforce RBC's Blueprint and policies.
The role requires knowledge of US employment law, an undergraduate degree (JD preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills.
