We are hiring a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist on behalf of our client, a large, nationally recognized organization in the retail and consumer services industry.

Hybrid, with on-site work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for assigned corporate and headquarters positions.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates across multiple functions, disciplines, and experience levels, including specialized and senior-level roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with current and anticipated recruiting needs.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques, professional networks, market research, digital platforms, and approved sourcing technologies to identify talent.
• Develop personalized candidate outreach strategies using approved information about available opportunities.
• Adjust sourcing approaches based on recruiter feedback, candidate availability, and changing market conditions.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitive research, and labor market assessments.
• Deliver data-driven insights regarding talent availability, candidate qualifications, competitive landscapes, and sourcing opportunities.
• Prepare market intelligence summaries and sourcing recommendations for recruiting partners.
• Identify sourcing challenges and recommend alternative candidate search strategies based on market research.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand position-specific sourcing requirements and priorities.
• Participate in sourcing calibration discussions and provide research-based insights regarding candidate availability and qualifications.
• Present pipeline updates, sourcing results, and market intelligence findings to stakeholders.
• Track sourcing analytics, including pipeline development, candidate engagement, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives while meeting established timelines and deliverables.
• Document sourcing activities, research findings, candidate pipelines, and relevant metrics within approved systems.
• Use approved sourcing technologies and AI-enabled tools in accordance with established guidelines.
• Follow applicable information security, privacy, and candidate data-handling requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing techniques and share research-based recommendations with recruiting partners.

• Significant experience in talent sourcing, talent acquisition research, executive research, or a related candidate identification discipline.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing across multiple corporate functions, job families, and levels of organizational complexity.
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing methodologies, talent research, candidate engagement, and market intelligence.
• Experience developing qualified candidate pipelines for specialized and senior-level positions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate talent market research into clear, actionable sourcing recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting sourcing findings to senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar roles, industries, and functional areas.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sourcing assignments while meeting established timelines and deliverables.
• Experience using sourcing platforms, talent intelligence tools, and candidate research technologies.
