The HR Compliance Manager supports the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Firm’s employment-compliance program. This position monitors evolving federal, state, and local employment requirements; maintains the Firm’s compliance calendar and policy infrastructure; coordinates compliance reviews and audits; and works across Human Resources, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Firm leadership to support timely and consistent compliance practices.

Matters involving significant legal interpretation or risk are escalated to the CHRO or appropriate legal counsel. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy—in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.
