Aleph Holdings is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of HR to build and grow a scalable Human Resources department supporting 100+ employees and contractors across multiple states. This leader will be a collaborative team player who takes ownership, pays close attention to detail, improves processes, and solves problems with sound judgment.
The Director of HR will report directly to the Director of Finance and will oversee all Human Resources functions, including compliance, recruiting and applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits, employee records, subcontractor documentation, insurance, and workers' compensation. The Director of HR will work with existing support team members who currently handle HR-related administrative and operational functions. The Director of HR will serve as the primary point of accountability for HR processes, providing leadership, approvals, and support across the function rather than personally performing day-to-day administrative tasks.
