Senior Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a construction and contractor-focused organization in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity calls for a flexible recruiter who can quickly adapt to different business areas, build strong talent pipelines, and manage hiring needs from sourcing through offer stages. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, inquisitive approach and is skilled at engaging hard-to-reach talent across technical and corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment activity across multiple teams, adjusting priorities as business needs shift and rapidly building knowledge of new role profiles.

- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates, including specialized talent that requires deeper market research and outreach.

- Manage assigned requisitions through the full hiring lifecycle, from intake discussions and candidate generation to interview coordination and hiring decisions.

- Partner with hiring leaders to clarify position requirements, align on recruiting plans, and provide insight on talent availability and market conditions.

- Maintain accurate activity tracking within the applicant tracking system and support recruitment workflows across recruiting platforms.

- Contribute both as a full-cycle recruiter and as a sourcing specialist, depending on team demand and hiring volume.

- Apply a thoughtful, investigative mindset to uncover strong candidate matches and refine search approaches for difficult-to-fill openings. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within corporate environments.

- Strong background in proactive sourcing, including identifying and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

- Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering or other specialized positions.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while shifting effectively between business groups.

- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

- Familiarity with HCM platforms such as Oracle Fusion.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
