Title: Senior IT Manager, SAP CoE Solutions
Location: Midwestern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: Pay Range: $150,000-$215,000
DescriptionLead a team of platform engineers to sustain and enhance the current application and solution landscape. Provide engineering services to deliver transformational programs where involvement is required. Plan and optimize a complex multi-tiered landscape in preparation for transition. Establish new application platforms and upgrade existing ones. Improve use of various tools and platforms. Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.
Lead design, development, and implementation of platform solutions.
- Lead the planning phase for platform solutions including requirements gathering and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead implementation of platform solutions, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Own hypercare and transition to ongoing support for new capabilities.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to deliver platform solutions and services.
- Manage vendors and service providers effectively.
- Utilize agile project management methodologies to manage timelines and budgets.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement leading practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree required. 7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 5 years with an advanced degree.
- Understanding of end-to-end architecture for platform solutions.
- Experience in architecting landscapes utilizing best practices.
- Background in Dev Ops, change process, and release pipelines.
- Experience leading major programs and new platform enablement.
- 5 years in a leadership role guiding project management and operational support teams.
