Professional Services Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant role will work on a team that collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver automation technology solutions for our customers. These projects help our clients ensure process accuracy, reduce cycle times, and improve staff and customer experiences.

• Perform discovery sessions with customers, uncovering need and designing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement client solutions.
• Apply design patterns to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop, test, and maintain integrations with customer systems of record.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with design patterns and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be willing to obtain a moderate-risk or high-risk Public Trust clearance (We support you with this process.)
• Must be able to be in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our downtown office.
• Ability to travel as required

• Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services).
• Experience with SQL Server/Databases.
• Understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.
• Understanding of process automation techniques.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and concepts.

• Genus Technologies is located in downtown Minneapolis, MN. This role is in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

$90,000 - $130,000 is our estimated range for this role. Experience with role qualifications, education, alignment to Genus values and competencies, market and geographic location, and other factors are assessed when making final compensation decisions. There are also other potential variable compensation options that would be considered.
