We are looking for a Google Ads Manager to join our on-site team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is responsible for managing and scaling paid search campaigns that drive high-quality leads for our brand and our contractor partners.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns—from keyword research and ad creation to optimization, reporting, and strategic growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure our PPC efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of paid search, keyword strategy, bidding methods, and Quality Score optimization
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, remarketing, and lead‑gen funnels
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data and making strategic decisions
• Solid project management abilities, juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Google Ads Certification(s) preferred
• Experience in digital marketing, PPC agencies, or home services marketing is a major plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or relevant field preferred (not required for strong candidates)
