Our EPM team helps apply cutting‑edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize in serving EY clients by guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions.
We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. As a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture, you will be at the heart of our technology capability, driving the delivery of complex solutions that align with our strategic business objectives. You will manage budgets, oversee project delivery, and ensure performance outcomes while building and maintaining valuable client and commercial relationships.

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
• Engage actively in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
• Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
• Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.
• Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process.

• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex solutions.
• Strong focus on maintaining quality and navigating operational risks.
• Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively.
• Experience in building and managing client and commercial relationships.
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.

• A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
• Seven or more years’ experience providing complex consultative services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
• Strong knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, One Stream, Tagetik).
• Strong working knowledge and perspective on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM.
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value‑add solutions, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Backgrounds may include financial analyst, FP&A support, EPM systems administration, strategic planning, implementation consulting, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or data architecture.
• Strong business skills including relationship management, commercial awareness, and communication.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client trust.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.
