React UX Architect

Overview

We are looking for an experienced who will lead the design and development of user-centric, scalable, and performant web applications. This role bridges front-end engineering and user experience (UX) design
, ensuring seamless usability, visual consistency, and technical feasibility across applications.

• Define and drive the UX architecture strategy for React-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business and user needs into intuitive experiences.
• Architect reusable React components and design systems for scalable applications.
• Provide technical leadership in React best practices, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and responsive design.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to UX/UI standards and guidelines.
• Guide the integration of design frameworks, libraries, and patterns to improve efficiency and maintainability.
• Partner with UX researchers to validate design concepts with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance product experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 5+ years in React.js
  .
• Strong background in UX design principles, usability, and accessibility
  .
• Expertise in React, Redux (or other state management libraries), Type Script, and modern ES6+ Java Script .
• Proficiency with design systems (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind, or custom).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, responsive and cross-browser development
  .
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  .
• Experience in architecting large-scale, component-driven applications
  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture
  .
• Knowledge of CICD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
