• Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions with AI systems to enhance user clarity and control.
• Create impactful data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex technical outputs into accessible designs.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify user needs and improve decision‑making processes.
• Contribute to and expand design systems to support AI and data visualization components.
• Advocate for ethical design practices that ensure transparency and inclusivity.

• Over 7 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong expertise in designing for data‑rich and AI‑driven products.
• Proven track record of leading design initiatives across complex ecosystems.
• Proficient in Figma and skilled in rapid prototyping techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with design systems and hypothesis testing.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in agile product teams.

The pay range for this role is $57 - $92 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
