As a Service Now Technical Consultant
, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying integration‑based solutions for our Service Now clients. Your experience will guide you as you work on projects that push the limits of the Now Platform. Whether you’re an emerging team leader or an established mentor, you’ll find opportunities to grow, lead, and transform the digital landscape.
- Lead or participate in Service Now projects, with a deep focus on modules like CSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITAM, ITSM, and MID Server.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration systems that synchronize data between Service Now and other customer systems.
- Convert data from customer legacy systems into Service Now.
- Deliver technical configurations and development related to Service Now integrations.
- Run workshops and meetings, ensuring clear, effective communications with clients and team members.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical and functional best practices related to Service Now and custom application development.
- Work as a team using the esolutions
ONE methodology to deliver projects that delight our customers. - Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members and the working team (IC3).
- Engage in presales activities and foster relationships with key stakeholders (IC3).
- Stay connected with the Service Now community to drive innovation and leadership (IC3).
- Commit to delivering excellence, maintaining an agile mindset.
IC2 Consultant:
- REQUIRED Service Now Certifications
:
Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, at least one Certified Implementation Specialist Certification. - 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical understanding of Service Now modules and integrations.
- Proficient in running workshops and peer‑leading project teams.
- REQUIRED Service Now Certifications
:
Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, at least one Certified Implementation Specialist Certification. - 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Capable of leading discussions with Director/VP level stakeholders.
- Formal mentoring experience and community engagement in the Service Now ecosystem.
- Experience supporting presales activities and fostering client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in completing complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Potential Travel up to 10%
- Bonus eligibility based on 80% utilization target (quarterly and annually).
