We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will help design, develop, and deliver intuitive, engaging digital user experiences. Using Human-Centered Design, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices, you will collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and marketing to shape Inspire’s digital products.

You are an experienced designer with a strong portfolio of mobile and web work, able to translate customer insights into polished user experience designs, information architectures, wireframes/prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.

• Conceptualize, iterate and design mobile and web application interfaces and interactions that meet user needs and align with product goals.
• Prepare design mockups, wireframes, low and high fidelity interactive prototypes to support user research, concept validation, and usability testing.
• Participate in human-centered research activities such as interviews, observational research, usability studies, and concept testing to uncover user needs and behaviors.
• Responsible for final user interface designs that are handed off to the Development team; ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other partners to ensure strong alignment between design and product development.
• Apply human-centered design methods while considering platform capabilities and technical constraints.
• Support generative and evaluative research initiatives by contributing to research planning, execution, and synthesis.
• Participate in design critiques, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions to explore design solutions and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure usability best practices and accessibility guidelines are thoughtfully applied throughout the design process.
• Use and contribute to our design system to support scalable, cohesive product experiences.

A portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual design and user experience work is required. Applications without a portfolio cannot be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 4–6+ years of experience.
• Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Experience with a broad range of human-centered design techniques including user research, personas, journey mapping, site mapping, user flows, card sorting, wire framing, prototyping (low and high fidelity), and usability testing.
• Practical experience working in Agile (or other iterative) development environments as the designer responsible for user interface execution.
• Demonstrated ability to design high-quality consumer-focused mobile and web applications.
• Experience in healthcare, medical user experience, or medical device design.
• Strong mobile design experience including knowledge of iOS patterns, controls, interaction flows, and best practices.
