SAP - Data Senior Manager - Tech Consulting

EY is seeking a SAP - Data Senior Manager to join Tech Consulting. This role focuses on governing the lifecycle of data assets, conducting maturity assessments for data management capabilities, and advising on tools and roadmaps to align data strategies with business objectives.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules with full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and management principles.
• Proficiency in Master Data Management, Data Governance frameworks, Metadata Management, and Data Fabric concepts.
• Experience with data privacy principles and familiarity with Enterprise Data Strategy and data management concepts.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project-based team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow and documentation, including functional design of the solution.
• Ability to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience leading teams, driving organizational change, and mentoring others.
• Strategic thinking to drive sales, business growth, and client satisfaction. Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture; familiarity with Digital Fluency and Hybrid Collaboration techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop creative solutions for complex problems.
• Experience with enterprise SAP Data Migration, Master Data Governance and Data Analytics is highly preferred.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
