As a CBRE Financial Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing financial systems for Investment Management and Commercial Real Estate operations. This position requires deep expertise in Yardi Voyager (Commercial and Investment Management modules), strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager, ensuring optimal configuration and functionality.
• Perform gap analysis, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and translate them into actionable system enhancements.
• Support testing cycles for upgrades and new features to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. 5+ years hands‑on Yardi Voyager experience (Commercial & Investment Management modules) is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
