Scrum Master – Horizontal Talent
Join our team as a Scrum Master where you'll lead Agile initiatives and drive software solutions that enhance our technology projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure effective teamwork.
- Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Identify and elevate impediments to progress, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define action items, manage issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Encourage team self-organization and motivate members to focus on achieving iteration goals.
- Support the planning and coordination of testing environment deployments and application integration testing.
- Proven experience in Agile technology delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Expertise in time management and budgeting to ensure project milestones are met.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with iterative and incremental development methodologies.
- Prior experience working with financial services or banking clients is advantageous.
