Responsibilities- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications.
- Install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, hardware, and software.
- Desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and upgrade.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows XP and Windows 7 migrations.
- Support MS Office, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
