IBM BPM Architect; GC-USC

Son Soft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing steadily, specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Responsibilities:

• Map out the architecture for global implementations
• Liaise closely with the functional and technical teams
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Enterprise Architecture
• Lead requirement gathering sessions
• Lead technical design sessions
• Author technical design documents
• Manage the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions
• Manage technical scope and client expectations
• Provide hands-on expert-level assistance to developers on technical issues
• Design and manage the execution of test plans
• Ensure quality is delivered

Skills required:

• Must be lead architect for 2-3 BPM enterprise solutions
• Hands-on experience with IBM BPM and similar technologies
• Deep real-world BPM integration experience with enterprise software systems using industry-standard environments and OOB API with customization
• SOA and batch integration experience
• Proven solution engineering and delivery experience
• Clear and confident technical communication skills
• Team leading and mentoring skills

Nice to have:

• SOA knowledge with UI/UX experience
