Highlights

Join Medtronic’s Global Quality Training team and help shape how the company manages global training operations. In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of Ask Training, our Service Now-based platform for training requests and explore next-generation solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as business representative for Ask Training, overseeing configuration, documentation, and workflow accuracy to meet the business need
  • Partner with IT to manage three scheduled system releases, including user acceptance testing
  • Analyze system usage to identify and implement automation or process improvements
  • Research and recommend future workflow or ticketing platform options to support scalability and integration
  • Design and test automation using Service Now Flow Designer, Power Automate, or similar tools
  • Collaborate with system leads for Cornerstone learning management system (CSOD) and GTAT to maintain process consistency
Minimum Requirements
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Service Now or similar workflow/ticketing systems
  • Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with IT and business partners in a global organization
  • Familiarity with Medtronic’s Ask Training application
  • Experience leading or supporting a system migration or platform evaluation
  • Hands‑on experience with learning administration in a regulated environment, preferably CSOD
  • Knowledge of AI‑enabled workflow tools or low‑code automation
  • Understanding of validation and change control for regulated systems
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices

Benefits & Compensation

Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,800.00 - $. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
