About the role:We’ll look to you to support our Client Engagement teams, performing a diverse range of actuarial tasks, including financial modelling, loss reserving, financial and regulatory reporting, product development and pricing analysis, litigation support, customer analytics, rate setting and other consulting projects. Minimum Requirements:- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an actuarial science, finance, or mathematics related field, supported by a strong academic record.
- A strong preference for candidates that have at least 2 actuarial exams passed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Relevant prior internship experience in the actuarial field.
- A purpose-driven and growth-oriented professional with a passion for learning, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to innovate, adapt, and leverage technology to drive meaningful change in dynamic business environments.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology and demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Excel VBA, R, Python)
- Collaborative problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology to positively influence global and domestic business operations.
The compensation for the position is $80K – $90K.
