Job Overview

Fairview is looking for a Delivery Excellence Associate to join our team. The Delivery Excellence Associate is a key contributor to driving continuous improvement across delivery operations. This role leverages data analytics, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize delivery methodologies and outcomes. The position sits within the QA and Delivery Excellence department and supports strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.

• 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period)
• Day shift
• No weekends
• Mobile position

• Data Analysis & Insights – Collect, manage, and analyze delivery data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Dashboard Development – Build and maintain Delivery Excellence dashboards to track key performance criteria and delivery metrics
• Performance Monitoring – Monitor delivery performance metrics and proactively identify areas for enhancement
• Issue Resolution – Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for delivery‑related issues
• Methodology & Tools Support – Assist in the development and refinement of delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with teams across functions to share insights and implement best practices for delivery excellence

• 3 years working with data analytics and complex metrics
• 2 years working with Service Now and proven experience creating dashboards

• B.S./B.A. Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in teams.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
