We work across two service tracks catering to K-12 schools and businesses:

• Education Repair Services – Repairing and maintaining large fleets laptops, tablets, and Chromebooks.
• White Glove Services – Providing device setup, provisioning, and configuration.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of devices including Chromebooks, Macs, Windows laptops, iPads, and tablets.
• Record accurate notes, ticketing, and invoicing in company systems.
• Provision, configure, and deploy large volumes of devices.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve repair processes.
