• Repair and refurbish Chromebooks, Mac Books, Windows laptops, iPads, tablets, and desktops—including screen, battery, and component replacements and full device refurbishments.
• Support K‑12 districts and business clients with device repair, fleet management, and large‑scale deployments.
• Configure, image, and deploy devices with white‑glove care for managed device services.
• Assist with IT logistics, parts handling, and asset management; maintain accurate documentation, ticketing, and invoicing.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace; collaborate with teammates to streamline repair workflows and meet evolving client needs.

• Hands‑on computer technician training from day one.
• Company‑paid CompTIA certification pathway (CompTIA Trifecta).
• IT career progression from electronics technician to senior roles such as Team Lead and Education Operations Manager.

• Pay: $16–$21 per hour + commissions, performance bonuses, and annual salary increases.
• Time off: 2 weeks paid PTO + option for 2 additional weeks unpaid; major holidays off.
