ServiceNow FSO Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

• 8-10 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the Service Now platform
• 4 years of experience with Service Now development with a focus on integrations
• Understanding of Service Now data model, tables, and relationships
• Extensive experience with Service Now integration solutions, including:
  Service Now APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP
• Experience developing Service Now APIs, Service Now Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, and Power Shell
• Experience with Service Now Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
• Knowledge of Service Now orchestration for automating IT processes
• Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization techniques
• Experience implementing REST API integration with third-party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with Service Now ITOM discovery and CMDB
• Good knowledge and experience with the Service Now CSDM framework
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Familiarity with Service Now Performance Analytics
• Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills
• Design, configure, implement, and maintain Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
• Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting the current state.
