Manager Information Technology Business Relationship

Overview

Manager Information Technology Business Relationship role at Allina Health. This position partners with system-wide leaders at hospitals, clinics and business units to align IT with business strategies, manage relationships, and deliver technology roadmaps and projects.

• Customer Management:
  Build relationships with system-wide leaders and key employees; understand business, customer and user strategies; educate customers on IT processes; maintain regular communication with site and service line managers; represent customer needs to centralized IT; serve as escalation point for IT issues; support change management; provide input for customer communication, training, and implementation of new technologies.
• Technology & Project Management:
  Assist with IT strategy development based on site or business unit requirements; consult with operations on new technology solutions; manage small to medium IT projects; partner with IT Project Managers on tracking, stakeholder involvement, project status and escalations.
• People Management:
  Provide regular performance reviews and feedback; hire and retain team members.
• Incident & ITIL Management:
  Develop SLAs; ensure service data is measured and communicated; participate in major incident communications and escalation; participate in Problem Review Meetings and drive improvement actions; engage with partners to maintain downtime preparedness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  Must be 18+ with education/experience to meet functional competencies listed in the job description; 5 to 7 years of IT and/or business experience, preferably in health care.
• Preferred:
  High school diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business or related field; 2 to 5 years of IT or business experience, preferably across multiple types of health care.

• Sedentary work; lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally; 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period); 8-hour day/evening shifts; occasional weekends; hybrid role.

Pay Range: $55.24 to $76.43 per hour. The base pay reflects factors including experience and education; additional incentives may include discretionary monetary bonuses and other incentives.
