We are looking for a Director of Technology to support our Cloud Connected Solutions Division (CCS). This role will work out of our New Hope, MN location.

As our Director of Technology
, your primary role will be to drive projects in IoT on hardware, software and the cloud. You will guide our engineering, software development, and operation teams to build scalable, secure, and data‑driven systems that deliver measurable value to customers across the industrial and municipal sector. You will be responsible for setting the technology vision and roadmap for all IoT products, platforms, and systems.

You will be a leader, mentor, and contributor to the team. You will manage a remote team located in Denmark, Israel, and the United States.

• Have technology leadership experience with IoT, mainly in industrial cloud applications
• Be able to solve complex technical tasks
• Show strong management skills leading a remote technical team with great tribal knowledge on legacy systems
• Have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable technology architectures

A 4‑year degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree is preferred and 10+ years of experience are required.

• What are the hours? Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? This position is eligible for our Flexible Time Off plan. We also offer 8 paid holidays.
• What is the starting wage? The starting salary for this position is $140,000 – $170,000 and will depend on experience. This role is bonus eligible.
