Software Engineer, Full-Stack

This is a remote, direct-hire position with our client. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Direct involvement in key modernization projects (merchant onboarding automation, ACH data tokenization, regulatory compliance tooling)

• Design, develop, and deploy secure full-stack web applications and APIs

• Support RESTful integrations with internal and external systems

• Collaborate on Dev Ops pipeline enhancements and CI/CD operations (Azure Dev Ops preferred)

• Integrate with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• Assist in scaling automation, reporting, and analytics systems

• Participate in agile sprint planning, code reviews, and solution design

• Help rebuild and modernize the customer-facing onboarding platform

• Contribute to a culture of experimentation—spend ~10% of your time exploring new technologies

• 2-5 years hands-on development experience (including internships)

• Proficiency in at least two of the following:
  JavaScript/Type Script, .NET (C#/VB), Python, SQL

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS accepted)

• Familiarity with Agile environments and CI/CD

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (internal focus; minimal customer-facing work)

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• REST API development and token-based authentication

• AI/ML or analytics project experience (Python, R, Tableau, etc.)

• Experience in banking, payments, or other regulated industries

• Exposure to Dev Ops tools:
  Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, etc.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills

• Banking industry experience is a plus
