Our client is seeking a dedicated Lead Technical Writer to join their team. As a Lead Technical Writer, you will be an integral part of the Documentation and Modernization Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to documentation challenges, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s innovative culture.

• Lead documentation efforts for modernization initiatives, ensuring smooth migration from legacy platforms to a modern platform.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for approximately 45 applications across multiple product teams.
• Create onboarding materials that enable new team members to quickly understand application functionality, ecosystem placement, and installation impacts.
• Collaborate with other teams to align documentation with modernization goals and timelines.
• Work closely with product teams to capture application workflows, dependencies, and integration points, supporting training, scalability, and knowledge transfer for over 150 team members over 1 year.

• Proven experience as a Lead Technical Writer in consumer technology or enterprise environments (7+ years).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly documentation.
• Familiarity with legacy systems and modernization processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
