The work is expected to be done as Hybrid; partially remote/partially in person. The location for on-site work will be 445 Minnesota Street, Saint Paul, MN 55101 with at least three days in the office each week.

• Provide leadership and guidance for projects.
• Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes.
• Create clear and attainable project objectives and requirements.
• Manage project constraints of cost, time, and scope.
• Form close links with team members and stakeholders.
• Direct & manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Estimate project resource requirements and participants needed to achieve goals, including changes during the project when necessary.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track such milestones and deliverables.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises or issues, and devise contingency plans as appropriate.
• Communicate project plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely and clear fashion when necessary.
• Manage multiple smaller projects.
• Provide knowledge transfer.

• Five (5) years of experience in an IT Project Management role.
• Two (2) engagements lasting more than six months in an IT Project Manager role.
• Demonstrable leadership ability.
• PMP certification.
