Service Now Process Mining Specialist
Location:Hybrid from Minneapolis, MN Employment Type:Full time, contract

We are seeking a skilled Service Now Process Mining Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of process mining solutions on the Service Now platform. You will play a key role in analyzing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making through the deployment of process mining capabilities.

• Lead the technical implementation of
  Service Now Process Mining
  capabilities, including data modeling, integration, and dashboard configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through process analysis.
• Configure and maintain the
  Service Now Process Optimization
  and
  Process Mining
  modules to align with organizational goals.
• Develop custom dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support insights into operational performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of process mining tools with existing systems.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and updates within the Service Now ecosystem, particularly related to process mining and automation.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to internal teams and end-users.

• Proven experience with
  Service Now
  , including configuration, scripting, and implementation of Process Mining or Process Optimization.
• Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), process improvement methodologies, and ITSM/ITOM principles.
• Experience working with large data sets, data integration, and process visualization tools.
• Proficiency in
  Java Script ,
  REST APIs
  , and Service Now Studio or App Engine.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for automation and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Service Now Process Mining, or App Engine).
• Experience with process mining tools like
  Celonis
  ,
  Signavio
  , or similar, especially in conjunction with Service Now.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement frameworks.
