- Contract position
- A business analyst is needed to help complete the implementation of the Assessment and Taxes Project.
- The new property tax system will replace the mainframe which processes all property tax payments.
- Define technical and business requirements for interfaces between existing systems and the new Windows-based property tax system.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, planning, and facilitating requirements gathering sessions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into high-level design documents.
