What skills/attributes are a must have?

• 5+ years experience designing, managing, or maintaining Active Directory for a large enterprise, or as a consultant to large organizations
• 3+ years experience planning and executing AD migration or consolidation projects
• Knowledge of infrastructure, platform, and data security architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

• Demonstrable collaboration, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills
• Architecture experience in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or cloud computing
• Knowledge of major compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, PCI, NIST 800-53, SOX)
• Security certifications including CISSP, GSEC, CISM, or Security+
