We currently have an opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer (Helpdesk) in our Minneapolis location. The salary range for the position is $50,000 - $65,000, based on years of experience.

Summary of Position (hybrid): This position is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting company technologies supporting end users which involve PC hardware and software and their respective management systems. This position includes in-office responsibilities and requires attendance at the physical office location.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• One to four years experience supporting desktops & laptop computers on a Windows Active Directory Domain or Azure Entra t.
• One to three years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment working with Tier II hardware.
• Working experience with Windows 11, and Office 365.
• A+ Certification, a plus.
• Microsoft SCCM, a plus.
• Microsoft Intune, a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and friendly disposition.
• Ability to work alone, on a team, and to multitask.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• In order to perform one (1) or more essential functions of this role, five (5) days in the office are required.
