The right candidate will bring significant IT infrastructure leadership experience along with broad technical expertise across hybrid cloud architecture, network engineering, Linux and Windows technologies, virtualization and hyperscaler environments, infrastructure security, observability and monitoring, disaster recovery and resilience engineering, and hardware and critical-facilities operations. They should understand modern infrastructure automation practices, including Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code, and be comfortable incorporating AI-augmented approaches into infrastructure operations.
Strong systems engineering leadership, incident management, Fin Ops, capacity management, strategic planning, technical mentorship, and team leadership skills are important for success.
