We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits Consultant to join our consulting practice and lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Benefits solutions for clients. This client-facing role requires strong functional expertise, implementation experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and Workday Benefits configuration.
- Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, life events, open enrollment, ACA, COBRA, and carrier integrations.
- Facilitate client workshops and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Support testing, deployment, data validation, and post-production activities.
- Partner with HCM, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, and Integrations teams.
- Build strong client relationships and manage benefits workstream deliverables.
- 3+ years of Workday Benefits consulting experience.
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- Active Workday Benefits Certification required.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and related business processes.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a consulting or Workday partner environment preferred.
Certifications:
- Workday HCM Certification
- Workday Benefits Lead Certification
- Workday Absence Certification
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
