EMR Implementation Manager

We are looking for an EMR Implementation Manager to support system administration, user support, and reporting activities for a large business platform. This position is focused on maintaining reliable system performance, coordinating pricing and promotional data, and helping internal teams resolve operational issues efficiently. The role calls for someone who can work effectively across departments, manage vendor-related support needs, and turn business requirements into practical system solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to configure and maintain pricing structures, promotional programs, and customer-specific pricing hierarchies within the system.
• Monitor pricing, product records, and compliance-related data to identify discrepancies and ensure information remains accurate and aligned with vendor standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal users by addressing system questions, making adjustments, and resolving day-to-day platform issues.
• Escalate technical or platform-related concerns to external vendor support when needed, and oversee request follow-up through resolution.
• Develop and update foundational business reports and dashboards, including Power BI outputs, to support operational visibility and decision-making.
• Translate business needs into system updates and process improvements by gathering requirements and coordinating practical solutions.
• Support change management efforts by helping users adapt to system updates, enhancements, and evolving workflows.
• Maintain organized documentation related to system settings, issue resolution, and reporting changes to promote consistency and continuity.
