- 8+ years of relevant Application/Production Support experience
- Provide L1/L2 application support for business-critical applications.
- Monitor applications, jobs, interfaces, and system health.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze application logs, errors, and system behavior to identify issues.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and QA teams for issue resolution.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs.
- Participate in production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
- Create and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Participate in on-call/rotational support as required.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders regarding incidents and resolutions.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience working with application logs and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of REST APIs and application integrations.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
- Familiarity with ITIL/service management processes.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as Service Now, Jira, or similar.
- Good understanding of software development and deployment lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience supporting Java/.NET or web-based applications.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with application monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.
- Banking/Financial Services or enterprise application support experience.
- Experience with automation and scripting.
