SAP FICA Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA FICA Functional Consultant to support a large-scale Greenfield SAP S/4

HANA transformation within the utility industry. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP FICA module and play a critical role in shaping future-state business processes, reviewing solution designs, and supporting implementation activities.

• Serve as the SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICA subject matter expert for implementation activities.
• Review and provide recommendations on business process designs, functional specifications, technical artifacts, and solution architecture.
• Support configuration and optimization of SAP billing and invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional project teams.
• Participate in project workshops, design sessions, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Provide guidance and resolution for SAP-related questions throughout implementation phases.
• Assist in process standardization and redesign efforts as part of a Greenfield SAP deployment.
• Work across multiple work streams and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA
  .
• Deep expertise in SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).
• Utility industry experience.
• Experience supporting at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield and/or Brownfield).
• Strong experience with SAP billing and invoicing process configuration.
• Proven implementation background, with a focus on project delivery rather than sustainment/support activities.

• SAP Activate Certification.
• SAP FICA Certification.
• Additional SAP module certifications.
• Experience working both client-side and for a system integrator.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.

• Experience partnering with business leaders and external implementation teams.
